- REQUEST A MATERIAL TAKE-OFF: If you would like Ludowici's Technical Department to provide a take-off based on your roof plans, send plans to Ludowici along with completed take-off request form. - HISTORIC TILE IDENTIFICATION: If you have an existing tile roof and would like Ludowici to identify the tile profile and color, send in your tile with completed Sample Identification Form to Ludowici for analysis. Download: Sample Identification Form
