RamTough 250
RamTough 250: the ultimate waterproofing solution for both vertical and horizontal roofing installations in New York City. This thermoplastic, rubberized asphalt membrane creates a seamless and monolithic waterproof system that adheres to surfaces without the need for seams or joints. Applied on-site, it is spread to a thickness of 90 mil, reinforced with polyester scrim, and coated with a 125 mil topcoat that fuses through the layers for maximum durability. RamTough 250 sets instantly and maintains flexibility throughout its lifespan. While not intended for permanent exposure, this versatile membrane can be protected with various options such as insulation, special coatings, cap sheets, and Barrett Greenroof-Roofscapes® for added protection and longevity.

Black Pearl® Primer Adhesive is a cold-applied alternative to hot rubberized asphalt. Formulated with select unoxidized asphalt, butyl rubber, SIS, SBS, neoprene rubber, fillers, plasticizers, and curing agents, it also contains an aliphatic solvent compliant with current OSHA and EPA regulations. When used in conjunction with the Black Pearl® Sheet Membrane, the Primer Adhesive acts as a catalyst, chemically fusing all system elements to create a thick, semi-monolithic waterproof membrane.
