Mapeproof™ HW & SW
Mapeproof™ HW and Mapeproof SW waterproofing membranes are designed for superior waterproofing performance. These membranes feature sodium bentonite encapsulated between woven and nonwoven polypropylene geotextile fabrics.
Mapeproof™ HW and Mapeproof SW utilize a unique construction where the nonwoven fabric is needle-punched through to the woven fabric. This innovative design mechanically locks the sodium bentonite clay in place with thousands of fibers, ensuring maximum protection against water intrusion.

Mapeproof™ AL Pro

With its convenient adhesive side laps, it forms watertight seals for horizontal slabs and vertical blindside applications. Mapeproof™ AL PRO offers excellent durability, hydrostatic head resistance, and protection against wet/dry cycling and ponding water. It is also chemically resistant, protects against gas vapor intrusion, and is environmentally friendly.
Mapeproof™ SW
Mapeproof SW waterproofing membrane is a reliable solution for horizontal slabs, vertical blindside, and backfilled wall applications. It contains sodium bentonite enclosed in polypropylene geotextile fabrics, which swells upon contact with water and creates a waterproof barrier. Its high swelling index prevents water intrusion, while the special additive mitigates the effects of salt and contaminated water. Mapeproof SW is self-healing, can be installed over damp or green concrete, and is unaffected by fluctuations in the water table.

Mapethene™ HT60 membrane: a high-temperature solution combining rubberized adhesive with an HDPE layer. This specialized formulation acts as a barrier against moisture, water, and gas. Mapeseal™ GC
Mapeseal™ GC: a fast-curing, 100%-solids, cold-fluid-applied, single-component, and VOC-compliant waterproofing membrane. With advanced technology, it's suitable for vertical, horizontal, and green concrete surfaces. Low in odor and suitable for occupied spaces, it can be applied by roller, brush, trowel, or squeegee. For critical applications, it can be reinforced with Mapeseal™ Fabric.
Mapeseal™ GC
Mapeseal™ GC: quick-drying, water-based, high-tack adhesive primer specially formulated for maximum adhesion with Polyglass waterproofing membranes. With low VOC, low odor, and aggressive tack, this primer is ready to use with no mixing required. Ideal for both vertical and horizontal applications, it is perfect for attaching Mapedrain™ drainage composites to Mapethene™ and Mapeseal™ GC.

Mapeprime™ S710: quick-drying, high-tack adhesive primer - designed explicitly for maximum adhesion with Polyglass waterproofing membranes. With low VOCs compliant with most state and local regulations, it's easy to use and requires no mixing or dilution. Ideal for both vertical and horizontal applications, it's versatile and works at temperatures as low as 25°F (-4°C).
Mapeprime™ 720 W
Mapeprime™ 720 W: Quick-drying, water-based, high-tack adhesive primer - the perfect solution for maximum adhesion with Polyglass waterproofing membranes. With a low VOC, low odor formulation, it dries quickly and offers aggressive tack for improved adhesion. It's ready to use right out of the container, with no mixing or dilution required. This water-based and nonflammable primer is suitable for both vertical and horizontal applications, making it ideal for attaching Mapedrain™ drainage composites to Mapethene™ and Mapeseal™ GC.

Mapestrip™ 25
Mapestrip™ 25: A hydrophilic rubber strip with an acrylic polymer base that creates watertight construction joints. Ideal for horizontal and vertical joints and penetrations through slabs and walls, it boasts controlled volumetric expansion, reducing the risk of concrete spalling. With uniform volumetric expansion up to 120%, simple overlap jointing, and reproducible swell after wet, dry cycling, it's the perfect solution for your construction needs. Additionally, it does not contain bentonite and is unaffected by freeze-thaw cycles. Available in rolls of ¾” x 1″ x 16.4′ (20 mm x 25 mm x 5 m).

Mapedrain HS: The solution for hydrostatic relief and prevention of soil or sand particle passage. Lightweight and easy to install, it eliminates the need for aggregate backfill, providing cost savings. This product features a polymeric protective film on the back to offer additional protection to waterproofing membranes. Additionally, Mapedrain HS serves as a protection course for Polyglass below-grade waterproofing membranes.
Mapeproof™ Granules
Mapeproof Granules: Made with sodium bentonite clay, which hydrates and swells in the presence of moisture to create a waterproofing membrane. Perfect for cost-sensitive horizontal slabs and vertical blindside applications, it has a high swelling index to effectively lock out moisture. It can be installed over damp or green concrete and is self-healing if punctured. With no concerns about changes in the water table, it's suitable for vertical applications and has 0 VOCs.

Mapestrip 25B is a sodium bentonite based hydrophilic rubber strip specially designed to form watertight construction joints. The sodium bentonite swells when it encounters water to seal against leaks. Mapestrip 25B is ideal for variety of applications, including horizontal and vertical construction joints, through wall and slab penetrations, and transitions.
