Commercial Expansion Joints
The Wabo® product range offers a comprehensive line of expansion joint cover systems designed for seismic, weather-resistant, and structural applications. This includes surface-mounted wall covers with integrated weather barriers, metal roof covers with flexible bellows to integrate with roofing membranes, wide joint systems for exterior walls, slip-resistant hinged covers ideal for parking decks and stadiums, and watertight compression seals for high-performance sealing in parking and stadium structures. Together, these solutions provide durable protection and flexibility to accommodate building movement while preventing water and debris intrusion.
FEATURED PRODUCTS
SeismicCover (WFE, WFX, WFI, WFT)
For interiors (WFI/WFT), the system mounts over drywall joints on ceilings, soffits, or walls using drywall screws. For exteriors (WFE/WFX), it installs over concrete or masonry joints with masonry screws and includes a moisture barrier for added protection. The assembly includes an elastomeric gland, self-centering bar, and aluminum cover plate for a secure, long-lasting seal against environmental elements and vandalism.

Wabo WeatherSeam (WSC, WSE, WSW)
Wabo® WeatherSeam (WSW) is a seismic expansion joint system for interior and exterior walls and ceilings, accommodating joint widths up to 24". Designed for thermal and multidirectional seismic movement, it installs flush with finished surfaces for a clean look.
The colorable elastomeric seals conceal most of the aluminum frame, minimizing visible metal. Optional secondary moisture barriers provide additional protection against water and condensation intrusion.
Wabo SafetyFlex (SFP)
Wabo® SafetyFlex (SFP) is a hinged, slip-resistant seismic expansion joint cover designed for parking decks, stadiums, and pedestrian walkways. Featuring load-bearing metal plates embedded in a molded EPDM rubber cover, it flexes with vertical slab movement while supporting low-speed vehicular traffic. Suitable for recessed or surface-mounted installations, the system reduces tripping hazards and dampens traffic noise. Optional self-leveling Emcrete nosing provides a smooth, reinforced joint edge, and a secondary watertight membrane (DSM) can be added beneath for enhanced moisture protection.
WaboCrete® Membrane Gen II
WaboCrete® Membrane Generation II is a blockout-mounted, watertight seismic compression seal designed for parking garages, decks, and stadium expansion joints. Featuring a durable, heat-weldable thermoplastic rubber sealing gland, it accommodates seismic and structural movements without compromising performance. The system includes a high-strength, self-leveling elastomeric concrete nosing that locks into the blockout for secure installation and superior watertightness. Optional WaboCrete® Parking Series Header or Emcrete II polyurethane nosing is available for enhanced durability and bonding to concrete substrates.
Wabo RoofCover (RFC)
Wabo® RoofCover (RFC) is a metal roof expansion joint cover system with integrated bellows for seamless roofing membrane integration. Engineered for flat and sloped roofs, it accommodates thermal and seismic movement while protecting joints from ice, snow loads, UV exposure, and occasional foot traffic. The aluminum cover shields the joint and moisture barrier, while the built-in weatherseal and bellows create a watertight seal to prevent infiltration. A seismic centering bar ensures reliable movement accommodation and joint protection.
